PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. KJ-200 has excellent demoulding effect, which can give molded products a smooth and bright surface. It can be used for many times after one spraying. It has good demoulding durability and excellent demoulding effect.
2. KJ-200 has small surface tension, good film extensibility, anti-oxidation, high temperature resistance, non-toxic and non-flammable.
3. When KJ-200 is used, it can be dispersed by adding water in any proportion, which is convenient to use and has no pollution.
4. When KJ-200 is used, it must be applied evenly by spraying or brushing. It can be cured while vulcanizing. After curing, a uniform coating film can be formed on the surface of the mold, which can protect the mold and make the mold bright and lubricated.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. When used for demoulding rubber products, if high demoulding is required, it can be used directly.
2. The emulsion can also be diluted according to the film-forming requirements. The specific dilution ratio is determined according to the release material and the requirements for the product surface. It can be mixed with water and stirred evenly. The recommended ratio is as follows: 1:1~1:2.
